This experience sparked my passion for real estate investing, which I realized could be a path to financial independence. Over the years, I have grown into a successful real estate investor and established my own development company, gaining comprehensive insight into all aspects of real estate transactions.
Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, I immigrated to Canada with my family over 20 years ago. I speak both Ukrainian and Russian, and I understand firsthand the challenges that newcomers face when settling in a new country.
